Please ensure that the following conditions have been met before contacting customer service for returns/exchanges:

Please contact customer service within 30 days after receiving your purchase for returns and exchanges (shipping not included), only if the purchase is in a condition which doesn't affect a subsequent sale. (Note: the purchaser will have to pay for shipping of returns/exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality)
2. Please check your purchase for quality issues or damages caused by transporation before signing for delivery.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Please note, if you cancel the order,
(1) Limited-time special offers and other purchase offers will be nullified as well.
(2) Payment vouchers will not be returned and payment offers will be nullified as well.
(3) Once the order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
1. If we are out of stock, we promise to deal with it the issue within 24 hours, and the funds will be returned to the customer directly per the original route of payment.
2. If you no longer want the product, have provided the wrong information, are reordering, or any other reasons ... please contact us before the product is shipped. We promise to refund your order within 1 hour, if we are able to intercept the purchase(s) successfully before it is shipped.
3. After your purchase has been shipped out, the order can no longer be cancelled. You should contact customer service after receiving the order and return the order to the address specified in our returns and exchanges section (the shipping fees will unfortunately have to be borne by the purchaser). After receiving the order, we will check to confirm that the products are undamaged and that funds are returned to the buyer per the original route of payment within 24 hours.
