Return Policy

Items that have original packaging/condition and never been used, can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery and is subject to 20% restocking charge. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. Previous communication with our customer success team is required. Email us at service@lefeet.com. Items that have been used or soaked in the water, will not be eligible for any return and refund. Click here.

After 7 days of receipt of delivery, the item will not be eligible for any return and refund.
If the item is found/received used, but claimed to be unused, customer is responsible for a $50 handling fee and shipping cost of returning the product back to customer.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and on Holidays.

Return Process

Return application should be completed and sent to us at service@lefeet.com. The return application shall include:
1. Contact Name/Address/Phone Number/Email Address/Purchase Date/Received Date (You can customize the message format).
2. Please attach two close-up pictures of package and items (both defective & non-defective) within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
3. Customer will be notified in 3 business days via email once your return application has been filled out and submitted to us.

Tips:
Pack product with suitable packaging material and ensure return package includes merchandise in original.Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund may take up to 7days to be shown on credit card/bank statement.

Exchange

Due to high demand, we do not offer merchandise exchange.
