LEFEET, Inc does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, LEFEET, Inc is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, LEFEET, Inc reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to LEFEET, Inc in its sole discretion.
PayPal: Payment method is charged at checkout and an order is placed with LEFEET, Inc. When a refund is requested, the funds may take 1 - 3 business days to transfer back to your account or credit card.
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. Once your package is mailed, tracking information will be sent via email. This email will contain everything you need to track your purchase. The transportation time is 7-14 days.
We are monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders. Thanks for your understanding!

We use the following delivery services for your order or according to your requirements:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products you are purchasing and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for the products you want to purchase by adding them to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page.
Items that have original packaging/condition and never been used, can be returned within 3 days of receipt of delivery and is subject to 20% restocking charge, and customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.(This applies to that products are undamaged but customers want to return because they change their minds in purchasing decisions). What's more, previous communication with our customer success team is required by Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that have been used or soaked in the water, will not be eligible for any return and refund.（To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item should be in the original packaging as well.）This is our user manual, you can click here.
After 7 days of receipt of delivery, the item will not be eligible for any return and refund.
If the item is found/received used, but claimed to be unused, customer is responsible for a $50 handling fee and shipping cost of returning the product back to customer.
1. Call 0755-26808091 or email email@example.com to let us know which items you want to return or exchange. We will then email you a Return/Exchange Form and your Return Authorization Number (required).
2. Please attach two close-up pictures of package and items (both defective & non-defective) within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging or in a sturdy box to avoid damage. Products received with improper packaging will not receive credit and will be returned, and shipping charges incurred.
3. Customer will be notified in 3 business days via email once your return application has been filled out and submitted to us.
Pack product with suitable packaging material and ensure return package includes merchandise in original.Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund may take up to 7days to be shown on credit card/bank statement.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
Due to high demand, we do not offer merchandise exchange.
